Chelsie assisted me with a trust home sale. She was fantastic! She took control of the whole process which included house cleaning, junk removal, landscaping, inspections, as well as her usual job of listing, open houses, and final sale.
I am the successor trustee and I had many difficult chores to complete but selling the trust home was not one of them.
